We're seeking a Business Development Manager for an Interior Design & Furniture company based in BGC, with a retail location in Alabang.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development and a passion for furniture, design and e-commerce. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans with company managers and directors to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in interior design or e-commerce is preferred but not required.
  • Strong network of contacts within the industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
