Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter & Account Manager to join our team. This role is a mix of recruitment (sourcing and screening candidates) and account management (supporting clients and managing placements). You'll play a critical role in matching the right talent with the right client while ensuring a great experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Recruitment
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, English communication, and cultural fit.
  • Shortlist and present top candidates to clients with detailed notes.
  • Account Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Provide updates on recruiting progress, candidate pipelines, and placement status.
  • Support onboarding and transition of candidates once hired.
  • Manage ongoing client and candidate relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Process & Reporting
  • Maintain candidate and client records in our CRM/ATS.
  • Track recruiting performance metrics and placement success.
  • Suggest improvements to recruitment and account management processes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting (agency or internal).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, CRM).
  • Experience in client-facing roles (account management, customer success, or HR business partner) is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
