  • Maintains and organizes records of transactions, receipts and supporting documents

  • Supports monthly and year-end closing activities

  • Monitors due dates and assists in scheduling of payments

  • Monitors and records inventory movements and asset updates

  • Assists in petty cash disbursements and replenishment

  • Assists in preparing purchase requests and documentation

  • Performs any and all other jobs and tasks given by the Supervisor and/ or Dept. Head

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in general finance or accounting support
