About The Role
As a CBRE Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, conferences, and meetings.

This job is part of the Events job function. This role involves coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth event experience and attendees.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate events from conception to execution
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and performers
• Arrange for catering, audio-visual equipment and other event supplies
• Communicate with attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Ensure event compliance with safety and accessibility regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve event-related issues as they arise

About You

• Vocational Graduate or Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of Events Coordinator experience
• Facilities Management Background is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
• Can start ASAP
