Events and Activations Manager

Location: Makati (temporary)/ BGC
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee all brand-related events, activations, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics from concept to post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with the Brand Creative Team for event visuals, themes, and on-ground materials.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Communications Team for publicity, PR support, and media coverage.
- Supervise vendor sourcing, negotiations, and onsite event management to ensure execution quality.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure event compliance with brand guidelines, PAGCOR/ASC regulations, and company standards.
- Lead internal coordination and post-event evaluations to measure ROI and audience engagement.
- Support the development of event calendars and annual brand activation plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, activations, or marketing campaigns (preferably in gaming, entertainment, or FMCG industries).
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in vendor coordination and budget handling.
- Knowledge of PR and marketing integration for event promotions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project planning tools.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Work Hours: Nine (9) hours per day (including regular and special non-working holidays); Six (6) days per week; Four (4) days off per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
