Position Summary: The GSA is responsible for managing and processing guest reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking systems.
  • Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
  • Process reservations and cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Assist guests with special requests and inquiries regarding their stays.
  • Maintain and update the reservation system to reflect accurate guest information.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and sales team to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports on reservations and occupancy rates.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to bookings.
  • Stay informed about hotel promotions, packages, and events to effectively communicate to guests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel reservation or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
