Wait Staff

Position Summary: The Hotel Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the hotel's dining areas, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are clean and set properly for each dining experience.
• Attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, including refills and additional requests.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php18,185.83 per month
