  • Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Half Saints
  • Prepare and serve cold and hot beverages consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes.
  • Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make changes if necessary.
  • Clean, maintain and sterilize glasses, utensils, espresso machine and other bar equipment.
  • Balance cash receipts.
  • Record food and drink orders accurately and immediately after having received them into the register system.
  • Stock bar with coffee and other related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
  • Present food and drink menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials, and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
  • Clean bars, work areas, and tables.
  • Reset tables in the espresso/cocktail bar area.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
  • Recognize and learn the names of regular guests.
  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
  • Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
  • Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
  • Take food or beverages orders from guests.
  • Serve food or beverages to guests
  • Clean tables or counters after guests have finished dining.
  • Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and napkins.
  • Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
  • Perform cleaning duties.
  • Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
  • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.
  • Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
  • Fill-in for fellow employees when needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Can execute instructions as specified by the manager
  • Can stay calm and focused in stressful and busy situations
  • Can work under minimal supervision
  • Is diligent, proactive, and efficient
  • Is able to work well in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
