Job Opening: Receptionist (Condominium)
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Receptionist to join our condominium team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, inquiries, and messages promptly.
- Handle resident requests, concerns, and service needs, coordinating with building management and other departments when necessary.
- Monitor visitor logbooks, access cards, and maintain security protocols at the reception area.
- Receive, record, and distribute parcels, mail, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating common area reservations or building amenities.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, updating resident records, and preparing reports.
- Communicate building policies and guidelines to residents and guests.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Condominium Manager or Property Management Team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least a High School diploma; a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
