Daqmatts Marketing Corporation is the exclusive distributor of Virginia Food Inc. (Frozen Goods) in Cebu. With our main office in Liloan, Cebu, we operate within Cebu Province—from Compostela down to Southern Cebu (excluding Naga and San Fernando). Our primary channel is the wet/public market, where we distribute high-quality frozen products.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.

· Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.

· Oversee sales activities within Cebu Province coverage.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with public market vendors, resellers, and customers.

· Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.

· Ensure compliance with company selling standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

· At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

· Preferably with FMCG, food distribution, or wet market sales experience.

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Willing to work early mornings (aligned with public market operations).

· Must be willing to travel within Cebu Province.

· With driver's license is an advantage.

Compensation Package:

· Salary: Php 45,000.00 – Php 65, depending on experience)
