About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Support Assistant who will provide accurate and efficient support in sales documentation, customer service, logistics coordination, and administrative reporting. The position ensures smooth day-to-day operations through proper handling of sales orders, invoices, and delivery receipts, while assisting in inventory, timekeeping, and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Receipts
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Assist in monthly inventory and report preparation
- Process weekly DTRs and other HR-related documents
- Prepare monthly reports such as backloads and cancelled sales orders
- Support Account Executives and management with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in sales, logistics, or admin support (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work overtime during cut-offs or inventory periods
