JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the production operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Lead the team to an effective and efficient performance of the workforce so as to minimized absences, tardiness and overtime
  • Hands-on management of daily production operation demands and providing resolution to operational problems
  • Ensure that all data indicated in Daily Production Report accurate and checked before encoded.
  • Ensure that the minimum required to run are ment (60% above) out of 48 machine (Injection, Blowing and Heat Transfer).
  • Ensure that the production deadlines are met and able to give target completion or delivery of purchase order.
  • Checking of F-PQD-11 Production output, Monitoring based on Production plan.
  • Implementation of coordination and control of production processes.
  • Monitor performance of the team regarding output and quality of the products
  • Record and critical attributes and parameters of the products wheter finish or in-processs.
  • Consistent reporting of production flow and serious and significant incidents to the group with top management.
  • Proper coordination of major incidents such as machine breakdown and concerns department
  • Ensure good working relationships with the team and peers at work and conducts periodic coaching and mentoring as needed
  • Provides pro-active one-to-one group coaching as appropriate to improve the skills, accuracy, and quality of work and behavior of their team.
  • Analyze and develop corrective action plans when objectives are not met.
  • Develop plans that help opertions run smoothly
  • Train and support macine operatos (Selects, develops, trains and motivates staff to ensure the attainment of short and long-term growth objectives).
  • Providing clear sense of direction for supervisors to work toward and encourage teamwork to achieve goals.
  • Working with Maintenance head to evaluate equipment and minimize downtime stations, and staff to efficiently meet production goals.
  • Lead by example to promote and encourage employees to strongly commit to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the entire production process
  • collect and review data to reduce inefficienciies and waste
  • Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes
  • Evaluate employees and give suggestion for improvement
  • Perform routine safety checks on equiment
  • Perform tasks that maybe assigned by the superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., mechanical, industrial, materials science), business management
  • At-least 3 years of experience working in Plastic Manufacturing is required.
  • Willing to work at Bustos Bulacan
