Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Receptionist, located in Metro Manila. The Restaurant Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and performing clerical tasks. The role includes ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests by coordinating with restaurant staff and maintaining an organized front desk.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Clerical Skills including organization and attention to detail
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
  • Ambitous and wishes to be a 'better you' everyday
