Order Processing Agent for a Solar Lighting Company

Description
- This person needs to enter the orders we are receiving from the customers into the client's system.
- Take and input the information so that their shipping and fulfillment can pack and tag the order accordingly.
- Once the orders are shipped, they will then update the customers with the shipping information and tracking numbers using the portals and other tools

Requirements
- The person needs to be very organized and savvy with basic computer skills
- No phone calls, but should have great written skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Detail-oriented

Responsibilities
- Entering and managing customer orders
- Coordinating with the warehouse and logistics team
- Ensure order accuracy and provide basic customer support regarding order status

Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or order management systems preferred

Working conditions
  • Part-time position (Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-5:00 PM Eastern Time, hours subject to change)
  • 25 hours a week
