Your Day-to-Day:

 Lead and mentor a team of Asset Engineers, overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis.  Monitor solar PV systems via advanced platforms (e.g., VCOM, NetSuite) to identify issues, defects, and optimization opportunities.  Troubleshoot system faults and coordinate timely resolutions.  Manage service inquiries, warranty claims, and supplier engagement for technical support and replacement parts.  Oversee creation of service orders, bills of materials, and accurate documentation in NetSuite.  Generate and present performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to clients and stakeholders.  Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.  Ensure compliance with O&M contracts, inspections, and regulatory requirements (including LGC submissions).

What We Are Looking For:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field is highly preferred.  With BPO experience preferred  5+ years' relevant experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M.  Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (e.g., VCOM, SCADA), and performance analysis tools (e.g., PVsyst, NetSuite).  With solar industry experience, operations and maintenance. Knows how the solar asset works.  Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage service cases, and oversee reporting requirements.  Should have People management and client management skills  Knowledgeable of Solar performance monitoring platforms  Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.  Leadership experience in managing technical teams is an advantage.  Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and amenable to a shifting schedule.    Should not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company  Must be a Filipino and a resident of the country
