About Us

Pérenys Conseil is a French strategic advisory firm specialized in SME acquisitions and business transformation. We are launching targeted campaigns to reach company founders and are looking for a proven Paid Ads Specialist to manage our Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads campaigns, LinkedIn ads with precise geographic targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, CPL, and conversion rate.
  • Build and test multiple audiences, creatives, and budget strategies.
  • Collaborate with our in-house designer for ad visuals.
  • Track performance daily and deliver clear, data-driven reports.
  • Suggest improvements based on results and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience running successful Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Manager.
  • Ability to set up campaigns targeting by sector and location (geo-targeting).
  • Independent and reliable — able to manage campaigns without close supervision.
  • Professional English (French is a plus but not required).
  • Must show real past results (reports, screenshots, KPIs, case studies).

Compensation & Work Setup

  • Salary range: 20,000 – 40,000 PHP/month (depending on experience and results).
  • Flexible contract: part-time
  • Remote work – flexible schedule.
  • Direct collaboration with an international team (France–Philippines).
  • Physical meeting in Manila: 1 – 4 October 2025
