The Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of digital advertising in the beauty and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure strong ROI and lead generation.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and creative team on ad copy, visuals, and campaign strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns hit clinic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years experience in running digital ad campaigns (preferably for beauty, wellness, or retail brands).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns and conversion tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
