Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales performance and operations of assigned branches within the designated territory. This role will lead and develop a team of Bancassurance Sales Executives (Financial Solutions Consultants), ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ASM will work closely with bank branch partners to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction, aligning strategies with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area targets for insurance and investment products.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate Bancassurance Sales Executives within assigned branches to ensure high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff to optimize referrals and business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide targeted training and guidance to team members.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and ethical selling practices.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports to management.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new Bancassurance Sales Executives.
  • Organize area sales activities such as client events, financial literacy seminars, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 4–6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in life insurance, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • With insurance license (VUL and Traditional) preferred but not required.

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
