RequirementsAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must possess at least a Doctorate Degree or Some College (But did not graduate) in any course.

Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Required skill(s):Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Experience in handling Territorial Distributor is an advantage. Driving skills for 4 wheels and 2 wheels is an advantage. Required language(s): Bisaya, Tagalog, English.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sourcing new Territorial Distributors in the assigned area. Provide a list of requirements for Territorial Distributors. Schedule meetings with TD applicants and their superiors to discuss the GBPI TD program.

Submit complete requirements of new TD to the immediate superior. Provide regular updates regarding TD applicants and their requirements. Provide TD deployment plans and status per area.

Follow up with the superior on the status of TD applications and provide feedback to applicants. Once TD is approved, assist in the development of TD with the objective to increase sales, lower exchange, improve service level, and market development. Conduct route rides with TD to understand their operations and provide assistance if needed.

Work directly with Territorial distributors and report directly to immediate superiors (Sales Coordinator/Supervisor/Area Head/Sales Manager/General Sales Manager). QualificationsCollege Graduate or at least College level is required. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets. Experience in handling Territorial Distributor is an advantage. Driving skills for 4 wheels and 2 wheels is an advantage.

Familiar with Territorial Distributor operations. Strong and physically fit. Willing for Project-based employment.
