Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Staff member to support our team in various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide customer support.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Support team members with various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
