Overview

Insight Therapy Solutions is a rapidly growing mental healthcare organization seeking a diligent QA & Documentation Specialist to ensure high-quality documentation for patient care. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and improving documentation processes. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all documentation related to patient care, completed daily prior to the client’s upcoming appointment.
  • Review and audit documents and patient records (e.g., LOCUS/CASII, Treatment Plan, Progress Notes) for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Identify and address incomplete or inaccurate documentation; collaborate with staff to correct issues.
  • Help develop QA processes for other teams.
Qualifications/Skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Adaptability to changes in policies and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and navigate different tools and resources quickly.
  • Strong analytical and data-gathering skills; able to work with diverse personalities.
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and working independently as well as within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex situations.
Requirements
  • Must have at least two years of QA experience, preferably in US healthcare or mental health services.
  • Remote work experience or BPO experience preferred.
  • System requirements: Desktop/Laptop with at least Intel Core i5 or equivalent and 4GB RAM (8GB recommended); internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM Pacific Time.

Clinic Admin Support - Virtual Assistant

Overview

Remote position for a detail-oriented Clinic Admin Support Virtual Assistant to ensure administrative documentation and data flow between clinical providers, operations, and billing, maintaining timely and accurate records and facilitating therapy orders and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities
  • Send therapy service orders/ prescriptions to providers and follow up on outstanding orders.
  • Upload physician-signed orders into the EMR system.
  • Verify client insurance eligibility at intake and ongoing.
  • Coordinate with providers to confirm documentation and requirements.
  • Support operations and billing leadership with general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience in a clinical administrative role, preferably pediatric therapy (occupational/speech/physical therapy) or related fields.
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and provider communication processes.
  • Strong attention to detail; ensure orders and documentation are correct and filed properly.
  • Comfort with EMR systems and uploading documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; organized, proactive, and able to close loops with minimal direction.
