I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Logistics Staff is responsible for supporting the efficient and cost-effective flow of good, materials, and information within the supply chain. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products or supplies.

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (shipping, delivery, receiving, and warehousing)

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.

  • Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock availability and replenishment.

  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handle shipping and receiving procedures, including inspection of goods and documentation.

  • Maintain logistics-related records and databases.

  • Prepare reports related to logistics performance, costs, and inventory.

  • Resolve issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.

  • Comply with safety, legal, and company standards at all time.

II. QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration, or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of related work experience is required for this position.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.

  • Excellent organizational, and time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
