Job Summary

The Officer-in-Charge is responsible for supervising riders to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, while also handling basic HR tasks such as attendance, recruitment support, and employee concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor riders' daily tasks and performance.
  • Ensure deliveries are completed on time and in good quality.
  • Track attendance and leaves of employees.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new staff.
  • Handle basic HR concerns and coordinate with management when needed.
  • Prepare simple reports on rider performance and attendance.
  • Make sure company rules and safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business-related course.
  • With experience in operations, logistics, or HR is an advantage.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Organized and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Must have a motorcycle
