Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving performance in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role involves leading a team to achieve operational goals, ensuring task delegation, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

This position plays a vital role in staff development through coaching, training, and mentoring, while ensuring compliance with company policies and handling disciplinary matters when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and ensure target achievement
  • Share essential information and updates with the team
  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress
  • Facilitate planning and participate in key decision-making
  • Motivate and guide team members to sustain high performance
  • Address and resolve issues or conflicts in a timely manner
  • Drive continuous process improvements and implement corrective actions
  • Lead team training and development programs to nurture future leaders
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or related operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Holder of a valid Professional Driver's License with driving ability
  • Willing to travel and work beyond regular hours as needed
