Job Summary:

The Client Services Officer, under PhilEquity Management Inc., ensures exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction by building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs, and driving customer retention and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between the fund management company and its clients, managing all aspects of client relationships and inquiries.
  • Responsible for conducting and creating new content for seminars, presentations, and client calls.
  • Effectively communicate investment strategies, fund performance, and market insights to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Anticipate and respond to client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to resolving issues satisfactorily.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve service delivery processes through feedback collection and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate client records, documentation, and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • With experience in customer service or similar roles within the financial industry, preferably fund management
  • Knowledgeable in capital markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapports and trust with clients
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in computer literacy especially Microsoft applications
  • Keen to details and has instant grasp on process orientation
  • Has sense of urgency and accountability
