Position: Client Services Agent - Financial Account

Work Set up: Work On Site

Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000 + SIGNING BONUS

Work Schedule: graveyard shift

Requirements:

  • At least Highschool graduates
  • 2 years of experience in Voice Account
  • With investment experience is a big advantage.
  • Okay to work in graveyard shift
  • Can work on site 100%

Responsibilities:

  • Answer questions about investment accounts, transactions, and associated services from clients and financial advisors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluates client needs and requests through efficient data collection, investigation, and standard process-based problem-solving.
  • Give precise details about account balances, performance reports, and investment products.
  • Answer questions about investment accounts, transactions, and associated services from clients and financial advisors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with increased support for issues of an out-of-scope nature.
  • Identify possibilities for process improvement and help to boosting overall customer service efficiency.
  • Takes part in special projects and carries out other responsibilities as given.
