As a
Client Services Manager (
Account Manager), you will take on a critical role in nurturing client partnerships, acting as a strategic advisor, and ensuring service excellence across all engagements. This position offers the chance to step into a leadership capacity within a collaborative, high-energy team that values innovation, accountability, and results.

This role will initially be based fully onsite for the first six months, then transition to a hybrid setup of three days in the office weekly. Work hours will follow AU business hours (morning shift).

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and representing their interests within the business.
  • Schedule regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, capture feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion client priorities internally, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Drive problem-solving initiatives to effectively address service challenges and client concerns.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding of new clients, managing scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Contribute to team capability by identifying training opportunities and supporting professional development.
  • Deliver clear and consistent account performance reports to both clients and senior leadership.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management, client services, or a related role within a consultancy or agency environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence and present confidently.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms for account tracking and reporting.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to foster client trust and loyalty.
  • Skilled in handling escalations and navigating complex issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate challenges and drive effective solutions.
  • Highly organized, ambitious, and adaptable—comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
