About the role

Polystar General Services' is seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  2. Schedule and coordinate client appointments, meetings, and other related activities
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
  4. Assist with the preparation of client-facing documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  6. Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and general office duties, as required
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1=2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the healthcare or medical administration industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues professionally and effectively
  3. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry
