Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely encoding of data into spreadsheets, databases, or other systems.
- Create, update, and maintain Excel files, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts for reporting purposes.
- Verify and cross-check data entries to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in generating, formatting, and analyzing reports as required.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to data records and administrative tasks.
- Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to gather required data and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with company data management policies.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course. FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in an encoding or data-focused role is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
