Tasks of an Admin Staff
- Office Coordination – Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Document Management – Prepare, file, and manage records, correspondence, and reports.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management – Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Procurement & Supplies – Monitor and request office supplies, coordinate with vendors.
- Communication Liaison – Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Budget & Expense Tracking – Assist with petty cash handling, expense reports, and budget monitoring.
- Compliance & Policy Support – Ensure company policies, legal requirements, and procedures are followed.
- Support to Management – Provide administrative assistance to executives or department heads.
