Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist/ Content Creator play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions mainly through content creation. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on leveraging digital marketing tools and techniques to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Production: Design and produce a variety of content types, including static graphics and videos, to meet clients' objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Platform Utilization: Develop content specifically for Facebook (including Reels), Instagram (with a focus on maximizing Instagram Stories features), and Tik Tok to enhance engagement and reach.

  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and After Effects for content creation, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing output.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitivelandscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.

  • Advertising Management: Use Meta Business Suite to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation to keep content fresh and relevant.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand content needs, provide creative input, and deliver on project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design,or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience as a content creator with a strongportfolio showcasing both static and video content.

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and how to apply them to content creation.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and After Effects for designing and editing content.

  • Experience with content creation and advertising on Facebook, Instagram (including Stories and Reels), and Tik Tok.

  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite for managing andoptimizing ad campaigns.

  • Strong creative skills with the ability to produce compellingand on-brand content.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with theability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Ability to adapt to various client needs and industry demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a client-facing role or agencysetting.

  • Familiarity with additional content creation tools orplatforms.

  • Previous experience in marketing agencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
