Job Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting marketing automation, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing operational workflows. This position involves defining and scaling marketing systems architecture, building efficient processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign execution and overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues within marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
  • Collaborate with enterprise applications, revenue operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
  • Support the design and optimization of operational processes, templates, and automations to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Contribute to defining marketing technology architecture, including integrations and workflow logic.
  • Review, document, and continuously improve existing marketing programs and processes.
  • Provide support in project execution, prioritization, and process alignment across teams.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining data integrity and promoting process consistency.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Tools & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Marketo and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations architecture and workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for process documentation and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
