Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist supports the product & sales team by planning and executing marketing campaigns. This role involves conducting market research, creating marketing materials, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management Major in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns: Create, manage, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing).
  • Conduct market research: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create marketing content: Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Analyze campaign performance: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with sales & product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
  • Manage social media accounts: Post content, engage with followers, and monitor social media channels for brand mentions and feedback.
  • Budget management: Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring campaigns are cost-effective.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
