Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Makati. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, supporting sales efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include creating and analyzing marketing campaigns, collaborating with teams for innovative ideas, and identifying market trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively
  • Experience in conducting Market Research and analyzing data to inform decision-making
  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategy development and implementation
  • Knowledge of Sales processes and tactics to support business development
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
