DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Bahama Realty and Development Corporation's digital marketing efforts. This includes managing the company's online presence, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and utilizing analytics to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Campaigns
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Support product launches
  • Social Media Management
  • Create and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media trends and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for visual content and videos.
  • Email Marketing
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, property updates, investor outreach).
  • Grow and segment the subscriber database for improved targeting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook, Business Manager etc
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
