Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaluyong for a Human Resources Administrative Specialist. The role involves supporting HR operations by managing employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and assisting with onboarding processes. The Human Resources Administrative Specialist will facilitate effective communication between employees and management, address employee concerns, and assist with employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include coordinating administration, maintaining HR databases, and providing administrative support for HR programs and activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Strong skills in Communication and fostering Employee Relations
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to support employees and stakeholders effectively
  • Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
