Sales Training Supervisor

Primary Objective:
To train, develop, and support Franchise Managers (FMs) and Franchise Dealers (FDs) in achieving their sales, recruitment, and activity targets through continuous coaching, performance tracking, and motivational programs.
Core Roles & Responsibilities
1. Training & Development
- Conduct regular onboarding training for new FMs/FDs on:
- Product knowledge (key ingredients, usage, USP)
- Business model (rebates, service fees, group sales)
- Selling skills and digital tools (Shoplink, Stream Nation App)
- Organize monthly skill-up sessions (face-to-face or virtual) covering:
- Selling, recruiting, and retention techniques
- Social media and live selling best practices
- Monitor attendance and evaluate training effectiveness via post-session assessments.
2. Sales & Recruitment Coaching
- Accompany field teams (FMs/FDs) on selling and recruiting missions ("side-by-side coaching").
- Help FMs develop monthly business plans and track their group performance.
- Support recruitment drives through depot events, local roadshows, and online webinars.
- Recommend specific coaching or intervention for low-performing teams.
3. Performance Management
- Track and analyze:
- Weekly/monthly sales per depot and per FM group.
- Active vs. inactive sellers.
- Recruitment conversion rate.
- Submit weekly performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
4. Motivation & Engagement
- Lead recognition activities in depots or roadshows (Top Seller Awards, Fast Start Achievers).
- Serve as the link between depot management and field sellers, ensuring motivation and engagement remain high.
- Share success stories, testimonials, and best practices among teams.
5. Market & Competitor Insights
- Gather and report on competitor pricing, promotions, and recruitment tactics.
- Relay seller and consumer feedback to the central marketing team for campaign optimization.
Ideal STS Profile
- Background in direct selling, FMCG, or beauty retail sales.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (Taglish preferred for field use).
- Confident in conducting group training and one-on-one coaching.
- Proficient with digital tools (Google Sheets, Viber, Facebook Live, Shopify, Stream Nation App).
- Willing to travel and do fieldwork in depot areas.
