Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Supervise daily store operations of assigned branches.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor store cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Conduct regular branch visits and audits.

2. Sales & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor branch sales performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to improve sales.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with management.

3. Staff Supervision & Development

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor branch supervisors, bakers, and cashiers.
  • Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and delegation of tasks.
  • Recommend training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Handle employee performance issues in coordination with HR.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Oversee stock management and monitor ordering processes.
  • Ensure minimal wastage, pilferage, and losses.
  • Review cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with cost control measures.

5. Customer Service & Community Relations

  • Ensure branches deliver excellent customer service.
  • Address customer complaints that cannot be resolved at branch level.
  • Promote community engagement activities when applicable.

6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare area performance reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and DOLE labor standards.
  • Implement corrective actions for audit findings.
