Branch Supervisor

• Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff (Department Supervisors) and with Engineering Supervisor to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. Ensure inventory accuracy and regular reporting to the POM and or the GM.
• Ensure proper documentation is strictly adhered to in the movement of al inventory items inclduing Engineering, Service Center, Accounting, HR, Sales, Marketing, and others
• Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration of inventory and other monitoring systems
• Ensure customer Services needs are also attended by Service Center and parts of daily delivery plan
• Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods
• Ensure workplace housekeeping, health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock
• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met in all Department with Supervisors
• Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress of Department Supervisors
• Communicating with other departments, staff groups and customers
• Overseeing stock control and processing orders
• Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met
• Respect and enforce company policies and procedures as given by the head office. Advise the head office of potential local adaption
• Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis based on identified and agreed KPI for each Department. To be submitted to Branc Head with assessment and proposals

Essential:

• Graduate of Engineering,Business Administration, Management or equivalent
• Expert on all processes that occur in the branch, including (but not limited to): Ordering, delivery, receiving (container, undelivered, returns), truck dispatch, service, petty cash
• Expert on how to enter and read information for better judgment and recommendation of actions needed
• Specifically knows the status of all trucks, where they are, when they comeback, and what their next trip will be
• Specifically knows the status of shipments from Manila to Davao as well as direct shipments from foreign suppliers
• Knows pending orders and the reason for these order being pending. Daily checking with Branch Supervisor of the pending order, sorted by date and make sure all more than 14 days unserved are attended. Refer to google drive daily pending order (Dealer and Retail) and tank status vs. SL

Desirable:

• Generally aware of the current production schedule and what are being produced
• Generally aware of items that are out of stock
• General knowledge of the production process and the processing time for each step
• Manpower and Recruitment status
• Reports (Mandatory or Operational) and their submission days. Ensure that reports to other Departments have been submitted
• Special Projects status by Department
• Authority to sign documents, refer to memo circulated approved by DO and GM
