Training and Sales Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner's training and sales engagement
  • Scheduling and overseeing all training programs and identifying training needs
  • Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs for individuals and/or sales teams
  • Improve training techniques when need to meet the unique demands of certain partner stores and/or the sales market at large.
  • Liaise with assigned Partners on a day to day basis to ensure program goals are continually met
  • Liaise with IPL Sales and Training Head to assist with product knowledge by ensuring the proper cascade to Partners and handle their inquiries/concerns

Qualifications

  • 2 or 4 Years Graduate in any field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate third party partners
  • Familiar with Zoom, Viber, Skype and other video communication tools
  • Willing to conduct Partner's visits
  • Advantage to those who can start immediately
  • FRESH/UNDERGRADUATES with excellent interpersonal skills are welcome to apply

Package

  • Basic salary of Php40,000 to Php70,000 (Salary is commensurate with qualifications)
  • Separate transportation, communication and training allowances
