Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support store staff, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high service quality and promptly address customer concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate replenishment orders with the Store Manager.
  • Sales & Reporting: Track daily sales performance, ensure proper cash handling, and prepare accurate daily sales and financial reports.
  • Training & Development: Train and guide new and existing employees on store operations, service standards, and company policies to promote continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all food and beverage products meet company quality, preparation, and presentation standards.
  • Scheduling: Assist in preparing staff schedules to maintain sufficient coverage during operating hours and peak periods.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and occupational health regulations.
