We're looking for a creative CRM Executive to level up our customer email marketing. You'll design and build engaging campaigns and automated flows that drive retention, engagement and ecommerce sales.

What you'll do:

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of automated email flows and one-off campaigns across the customer journey.
  • Create, test, and optimise email campaigns for improved results.
  • Maintain and update customer segments, ensuring targeting and personalisation are effectively deployed.
  • Design visually impactful, responsive emails (HTML/CSS skills a plus)
  • Analyse results and make data-led improvements
  • Work with the wider team to align CRM with brand campaigns

What you'll bring:

  • Hands-on experience with a CRM/email platform (e.g. Klaviyo, Brevo, Mailchimp)
  • Design skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A mix of creativity + analytical thinking to keep improving results
  • Hands-on experience in E-commerce platforms or related industries, with a strong understanding of online retail operations
  • Familiarity with leading marketplaces such as Shopify and Amazon is a valuable asset

Must have:

  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe or any related tools for illustration, content creation.
  • A confident and effective communicator in English, both orally and in writing

This is fully remote work - you need to have your own equipment (Laptop/PC, Webcam and Headset) and a stable internet connection.

Working hours: 2pm to 11pm PH time
