About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic GHL CRM Manager to help drive efficiency, manage operations, and ensure seamless delivery across projects and teams. This is a pivotal role for a growing digital business looking to scale by moving the Director from day-to-day execution to strategic oversight contributing to the US Based media company.

Our ideal candidate is confident in taking ownership of delivery, managing internal communications, and supporting the team with tools, systems, and process optimization. You'll be the engine that keeps projects moving—managing tasks, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring timelines are met without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage internal project workflows and Monday boards, including task assignments and status tracking.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the CEO and team members (SMM [particularly reputation management] copywriters, designer, automation specialist).
  • Flag potential delivery issues early and coordinate resolutions to avoid client impact.
  • Run weekly team check-ins and maintain visibility on progress and priorities.
  • Manage client onboarding, including access setup, folder creation, and form reviews.
  • Ensure monthly reports are prepared, uploaded, and shared on schedule.
  • Support light CRM and automation updates (training provided).
  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs and process documentation.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose workflow or system improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Online Digital Business Manager, CRM Manager, or Agency Operations Manager.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing delivery (paid ads, content, CRM, automations especially with AI integrations).
  • Advanced skills in project management tools, especially Monday.
  • Excellent written communication, team coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and confident in managing both internal and external communications.
  • Systems-oriented thinker with a passion for structure, detail, and optimization.
