Job Summary

The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in wet markets, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with wet market vendors or suppliers and a deep understanding of the market's sales dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with wet market vendors, retailers, and distributors.
  • Promote and sell company products to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation of sales transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
  • Support marketing initiatives and product promotions in the market area.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of sales experience handling wet market accounts (required).

Strong background in the food, meat, seafood, or agricultural industry preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Must be results-driven and customer-oriented.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

Willingness to work in night shift

High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
