Leads and manages a telesales team to achieve sales targets, ensure quality customer interactions, and drive team performance in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate telesales agents to hit daily/weekly/monthly goals. Monitor calls, performance, and KPIs to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Coach, train, and support agents to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and share regular sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Handle escalations and ensure compliance with company policies and scripts.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years telesales experience; at least 1 year as Team Leader/Supervisor (BPO preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, KPIs, and telesales operations.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
