Job Summary:

The Sales Agent (Field) is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services through field sales activities. This position involves identifying potential clients, conducting product presentations, closing sales transactions, and maintaining positive business relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to promote and sell company products and services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify business opportunities and establish contact with potential customers.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated area.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic planning.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field sales or related role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel and work in the field as required.
  • With pleasing personality and professional demeanor.
  • With Motor/vehicle service is advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
