We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to ensure that our company operates in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. This role is crucial in safeguarding the organization's reputation, minimizing risks, and promoting a strong culture of integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and assess compliance risks across all business operations.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Prepare compliance reports and communicate findings to senior management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Manager, Compliance Officer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
  • High ethical standards and attention to detail.
