Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (26 workdays, 42.50 hours per week compressed worked week)

Deployment: IMMEDIATE

We are seeking an effective leader to manage the full financial and regulatory compliance functions of our Accounting Department. This managerial role is critical for ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to Philippine government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of management accounting, including revenue collection, budgeting, and procurement.
  • Ensure full compliance with government regulatory bodies, including but not limited to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Insurance Commission, SEC, and DOLE.
  • Manage and prepare payroll, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Lead and supervise accounts payable and receivable functions for accurate and timely processing.
  • Guide, mentor, motivate, and supervise the junior team members in their daily tasks and professional development.
  • Coordinate the quarterly and annual closing of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial and general accounting experience.
  • Comprehensive experience in BIR Tax compliance in the Philippines.
  • Experience in managing payroll, government compliance, and day-to-day office administration.
  • Strong and effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • CPA certification is an advantage
