Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to assist the Finance Manager in managing and overseeing the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, strategic planning, and processing billing to clients. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong integrity and commitment to confidentiality
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
