About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join our team at Mazwin Inc. located in Santa Ana Manila City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing financial support and accounting services to ensure the smooth operations of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and general ledger
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and analyses
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Provide financial advice and support to department heads and senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and finance regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and best practices
